Becoming The High Altitude CEO

Have you ever felt like you’re doing all the right things—praying, believing, working hard—yet your breakthrough still seems just out of reach? Like you’ve been running a marathon, but the finish line keeps moving?

I get it.

The waiting, the struggle, the wondering, “God, did I hear You right?” can be exhausting. But let me remind you of something today:

You are in the process of becoming everything God has called you to be.

God’s Promise Still Stands

Let’s start with this truth—God does not lie.

Numbers 23:19 says: "God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?"

If He put this business in your heart, it wasn’t by accident. He didn’t give you this vision just to dangle it in front of you like a cruel joke.

He intends for you to walk in it.

But here’s the key:

There’s a process to becoming the person who can handle the promise.

Your Consistency Creates Momentum

Right now, it may feel like nothing is working. You post, and no one engages. You create, and no one buys. You try, and it feels like you’re failing.

But let me tell you something—your faithful obedience in this season is not in vain.

Galatians 6:9 reminds us: "Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."

The problem is, most people give up before their due season arrives.

Not you.

Every time you show up and stay consistent:

  • You are planting seeds.

  • You are building momentum.

  • You are proving to yourself (and to God) that you are ready for the next level.

Your consistency will create the momentum that unlocks the doors you’ve been praying for.

You’re Not Stuck, You’re Being Strengthened

I know it feels like you’re stuck. Like you’re doing everything you can but seeing little to no movement. But let me challenge that thought today—

You’re not stuck. You’re being sharpened, strengthened, and stretched for your elevation.

What you’re experiencing isn’t a sign that you’re failing; it’s proof that God is refining you.

Think about Joseph—he had a dream of leadership, but before the throne, there was the pit, the prison, and the process.

  • Before David became king, he had to be faithful in the fields.

  • Before Moses led the Israelites, he spent 40 years in the wilderness.

  • Even Jesus spent 30 years preparing for a 3-year ministry.

Why?

Because the process makes you ready for the promise.

You Were Never Meant to Crawl With Chickens

One of the biggest tricks of the enemy is to make you doubt yourself, your calling, and your ability to succeed. He wants you to think:

  • “Maybe I’m not good enough.”

  • “Maybe this isn’t for me.”

  • “Maybe I should just give up.”

But hear me loud and clear—You are an Eagle.

Isaiah 40:31 says: "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."

Eagles don’t waste time worrying about the opinions of pigeons. They soar above distractions, setbacks, and obstacles because they know they were created to fly high.

You were never meant to crawl with chickens.

So don’t shrink back. Don’t settle for less than what God has for you.

God Has Already Gone Before You

Right now, you may feel like you’re walking through the unknown, but I want to remind you:

God has already gone before you, making crooked paths straight.

  • He’s aligning the right people at the right time.

  • He’s preparing opportunities that you can’t even see yet.

  • He’s developing in you the character, wisdom, and endurance needed to handle your next level.

Your job?

Keep moving. Keep believing. Keep trusting.

Proverbs 3:5-6 says: "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be faithful with today.

Your Next Step Forward

So what do you do now? How do you move forward in faith when the road ahead feels uncertain?

Here’s your battle plan:

  1. Speak life over your business – Stop saying “I don’t know if this will work.” Start declaring, “God is blessing the work of my hands.” (Deuteronomy 28:12)

  2. Show up with excellence – Even when no one is watching. Even when no one is buying yet. Remember, you’re being prepared.

  3. Stay in faith – Your story isn’t over. Your breakthrough is coming. Don’t quit before your due season.

  4. Keep your eyes on God, not the results – He’s the source of your success. He’s the one who will open the right doors.

Final Word of Encouragement

Listen, I know the journey isn’t easy. I know the waiting, the trials, and the setbacks can be discouraging.

But let me remind you—you are anointed to win.

God didn’t bring you this far just to leave you.

  • He is faithful.

  • He is for you.

  • He is working behind the scenes on your behalf.

So keep going, Eagle. Keep building. Keep believing.

Because you are becoming everything God has called you to be.

And that is worth the fight.

Until next time...

Stay Strong & Warrior On!
